How fast can Etihad Airways change a GE90 engine? They can do it Pretty Darn Quick (PDQ) and set another record.
Etihad Airways has once more set an engine change record. A team from the Technical Maintenance department changed a GE90-115B engine on its Boeing 777-200LR in just two hours and 13 minutes on January 30, breaking its previous record of less than seven hours set in 2014.
